Ann was awesome! She was nice enough to pick us up from the train station and make dinner reservations for us! The place was nice and peaceful. The locals were nice and inviting. I recommend!

We stayed in the pink apartment space and it was wonderful. One of our days there was very hot but the house was comfortable inside with the windows and a fan for sleeping. The apartment has everything we needed. We walked all of Tuscania, went to the amazing National Museo to see the Etruscan sarcophagi, had drinks at the Cafe Duomo, a lovely dinner at the restaurant 8 e 30, and drove 15 minutes north to Marta to spend a day on Lago Bolsena. We also spent a day about 30 minutes away at the beach at the Tequila Dog Beach and another day in Viterbo. The whole area was amazing and we loved staying in Ann’s perfect apartment. Highly recommend!!

A nice apartment in the historical center of Tuscania, well organized and in a particulkar position that offered an oasis of calmness and silence in the evenings and nights , perfect to relax and recharge in the evenings, after long busy turistic days. Ann is an amazing and charming host, that always answered quickly to requests and provided a lot of interesting infos about the city. I MUST absolutely return to Tuscania. And to Ann's place.

Ann's place is absolutely lovely. It is loacted within the ancient city walls of Tuscania and it is indeed a cosy self-contained nest. It has everything you may need and most importantly, Ann is a very organsed, highly responsive host. She came to meet me when I arrived, gave me useful instructions and could be relied on for everything. Even when she was unwell, she came to my rescue when I needed it and was generally very easy to contact. I absolutely recommend the flat to anyone looking to get to know Etruscan Lazio in comfort - in a quiet, picturesque Medieval surroundings. I will definitely be coming back.

Super recommended. Like at home. Apartment in the building of the 400, with entrance on a common entrance with a boat bed as a sofa. I stayed on the second floor for a week, very well-kept and functional decor, equipped with beautiful paintings. There is a problem with the heat;just leave windows and dark rooms closed during the day. In the evening, I will cover myself with a plaid. Comfortable and working, washing machine and dishwasher, TV and wi-fi. Clean and well-maintained, provided sets of linens, towels and necessary bathroom, as in the kitchen. Anna is a reserved host present and always available. Parking is easily located outside the walls a few minutes from the house, under which you can stop for loading and unloading. Great location for places, sea and Etruscan.
